Biography
With 18 years of unrivalled expertise, Priyanka Mohanty is an
accomplished HR professional with diverse experience in various facets
of Talent Management, Talent Development, HR Policies, Diversity, Equity
& Inclusion, Employee Value Proposition, Cultural Integration, Change
Management and Employer Branding. At present, she is the leading the
global Talent Management at Startek, as Vice President-HR and Global
Head-Talent Management apart from being a DEI champion. Her major
responsibilities include leading the global talent management &
development and DEI function in Startek, spanning 12 countries, as well
as championing strategic initiatives, disseminating the overarching
corporate HR initiatives, and collaborating across geographies to
successfully align strategy and practices.
Additionally, she steers efforts in Leadership Development and Employer
Branding and has been instrumental in getting the company conferred with
multiple HR Awards from esteemed organizations such as Great Place to
Work, Stevie, Comparably, Economic Times, Aon, Kincentric, SHRM,
National Award from Govt. of India for hiring PwDs, Confederation of
Indian Industry, ASSOCHAM, BWBusinessworld, People Matters, NCPEDP etc.
She is a speaker at various esteemed forums, has a passion for writing
and recently she trekked the Everest base Camp, bringing her
face-to-face with the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest. In her
