Biography
Rashmi is a Certified trainer and NLP Practitioner & Coach with overall 21 years of experience
with Corporate organizations as a learning & development consultant & behavioral trainer,
imparting skills that are critical for performing well. As a Critical Performance Skill trainer, she
has imparted training right from the entry level training to management level.
Rashmi has been instrumental in identifying training gaps, finding solutions, developing modules
and delivering them to meet the objective of organizations. She has also been instrumental in
post training result evaluations.
Various sectors she has worked for are Healthcare, FMCG, Education, Retail, Automotive,
Jewelry, Telecom, Construction, Ecommerce, Electronics, Insurance, Aviation, Power,
Infrastructure, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Sports and IT industries.
She holds a TRAIN THE TRAINER certificate from Dale Carnegie and is a certified NLP
Practitioner. She has successfully completed ICF certified NLP coach training and practicing in
area of Executive coaching.
She has done a Management Development Program on Human Resource by Government of
India MSME. She did her TTT on Retail Training with Adidas & Reebok, TTT in SB Induction
training from JFS.
Has done Certificate course in trainings at JCI University. She did her Certified National Trainer
after doing the JCI Presenter and JCI Designer courses. Other certifications which she holds are
Leadership and Administration, Chairmanship and parliamentary procedures and Speech craft.
She completed Design Thinking course & Introduction to Personal Branding course from
University of Virginia.
She did certificate course on Psychological First Aid from John Hopkins University &
Professional skills for International Business online by University of London.
She has completed a course in Successful Negotiation by University of Michigan, Marketing in a
digital world (University of Illlinois) & Certificate in Communication Strategies in Virtual Age
She did certificate course on Storytelling and influencing from Macquarie University all through coursera.
She is recipient of Women Super Achiever award by ET now at World HRD Congress.
She is also recipient of Skill Development Organization award.
