Kshama is an accomplished Senior Leader in the field of Human Resources, hailing from Gujarat she has more than 17 years of work experience. She has completed her master’s in human resources from Old Dominion University (USA) and she is also a Senior Certified Professional from Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM – SCP) from USA.

Kshama has lived and worked in USA and India and has strong hold in culturally relevant strategic initiatives and compliances in both countries. She loves to work with startups and SME to transform their HR divisions from paperwork processors to partners in business growth. Her forte is Organization Development, Performance Management, OKRs, Talent Transformation, Learnings & Development, and Talent Acquisition.

Currently the Head of Human Resources at Motadata, Mindarray Systems Pvt. Ltd., she is leading change management initiatives around Performance management, employee development via meaningful engagement and enhancing organizational Employee Value Propositions.
