Biography

Surinder has 25 years experience in HR Leadership, Talent Management & Transformational Coaching with significant International and Middle East experience. She holds a BA Hons Degree in Business & HR, a Diploma in Executive Coaching, she is an NLP Practioner, and is accredited by the British Psychological Society in many psychometric assessment tools.

She has worked within complex multi-billion-dollar businesses, Joint Ventures, start-ups, mature operating environments and mergers and acquisitions, across a number of industries which include Banking and Finance, Professional Services, Insurance, EPC Oil and Gas.

Surinder has shaped the human resources landscape for global organisations, impacting their global reach in over 25 countries. With a keen eye for proactive cost optimization, she has delivered USD 120 million in recurring savings, notably through strategic workforce resizing and the offshore relocation of key functions. Beyond financial stewardship, her leadership in organizational redesign has streamlined operations, enhanced career progression opportunities, and markedly advanced diversity and inclusion, positioning organisations for robust long-term success amidst industry challenges.

Dedicated to her profession, Surinder is a celebrated author with several articles featured in Forbes and a key speaker at the Forbes Wellness Summit, Dubai 2024.
