Vidhya Prabhu is an Associate Director, Kyndryl Solutions Pvt Ltd. She handles Global Delivery Leader of IBM Cloud Technology, University Relations, Transformation & D&I. She is the delivery leader for 400+ clients across the globe. As a Women Inclusion Network leader, she pioneered & has been spear heading diverse initiatives for 10+years in her organization. She is a TEDX speaker & talked about “Humour & Glamour in Leadership” She is the Brand ambassador at Women In Technology, Cloud. She has won the Samarthya Samaan Award 2024, Transformation leader 2024 & Global Role Model of the Year 2023 from ET Edge (Economic Time initiative), Top 50 Global D&I Influencers & Laureate in IT 2024 for her contribution to Inclusion & Diversity as a leader & mentor. At the Women in Cloud Conference 2023 in Seattle she was one of the finalists in the Global Ally of the Year category and an award presenter where she delivered a distinguished speech on what it takes to be a winner in Technology & Innovation. She was also one of the top contenders in the 2023 Indian Achievers Forum in the “Women of Excellence” category and was nominated
