Amit Pandey is a competent professional with around 13+ years of experience in Compensation & benefit Management, Performance Management, Total Reward Framework, Fixed & Variable Compensation Policy & Framework, HR Policies & Processes, Payroll Management, Outsourced Manpower Management, Statutory & Labor compliance management. Positioned as subject matter expert (SME) in fintech domain with rich experience over 8 years in Fintech, NBFC and financial institutions startups and progressive organizations. Developed and launched multiple tailor-made Rewards programs in last few years to solve critical business challenges during high growth pre-covid, tech hire spikes in 2021 and last 2 years when there were lay-offs across market, cost reduction and huge pressure to increase profitability. His Current Assignment is at PayU Global. A global role for 23 countries into SEA, EMEA, LATAM, Middle East.
Key Deliverables Include :
- End to end responsibility of activities including pay and performance management, job evaluation, compensation and benefits.
- Design, build and communicate total reward programs, policies, processes and practices that delivers long term strategy and support business goals.
- Define compensation bands, compa ratios and market percentiles as compared to industry and keep reviewing salary grade vs market rates for specific jobs.
- Conducting external benchmarking for salary and benefits (Benefits largely for India).
- Driving total reward budgets.
- Scope of work includes extensive work on LTI rounds, Grants and other LTI related matters
- Driving mid-year & annual review cycles, promotions and rewards changes
- Setting up rules & guidelines for effective management of funds to ensure parity, transparency and reducing pay in-equalities.
- Setting up approval Metrix and policies to bringing in Rewards perspective on all matters of employee's rewards
