A Certified Total Rewards Specialist from ASEAN Institute of Total Rewards, and a Certified HR Professional from International Federation of Professional Managers. He has professional affiliation at People Managers Association of the Philippines - CEBU, as an active member and , officer from 2005 – 2009, and became the Chapter President 2012 People Managers Association of the Philippines - Eastern Visayas. He was the Committee Director for Special Projects at Philippine Society for Training and Development, Cebu Inc., 2013. His professional affiliation is not limited within Philippines; but extends to international membership in Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) as an individual member, and has attended international HR Conferences both in Hong Kong, India, Australia and Singapore over the past years. He was awarded “HR Leadership Award” in Bangalore India, last 2013 by Institute of Public Enterprise and Ascent (NGO) for promoting harmonious industrial relations; and for promoting a proactive Labor Management Council in the plant where he was assigned. And most recently, has been recognized as one of the 500 Global HR Minds and Global HR Leadership Award in Mumbai, India, by Times Ascent Inc.
He has completed an Executive Education program in INSEAD - France under scholarship of Johnson & Johnson Global Corporate Citizenship. And have completed Management Development Program degree in Asian Institute of Management.
He is one of the many young Thought Leaders in Human Resource Management and Leadership, and has spoken to conferences, has conducted seminars/learning sessions, and wrote articles online for the same field of interest.
He has adequate knowledge in labor policies of China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Singapore Labor Policies.
